The scripting manifestation method is one of the most fun, powerful and safe ways to practice!
And without a doubt, Scripting is one of my fave law of attraction and manifestation rituals.
Here’s all you need to know to make it work for you too.
What is scripting in manifesting?
I see scripting as a ritual of self love.
It's taking a moment to give yourself everything you’ve ever wanted.
To allow yourself to dream and enjoy it.
All you need is a piece of paper, pen and a dream you want to manifest.
Then off you go to write that dream...
How do you write what you want to manifest in the scripting manifestation method?
In scripting you write your desires in present tense with a bunch of appreciation and excitement like it already happened.
Be as descriptive as possible on the details of what you want but also on how it makes you feel.
The more positive emotions you can bring to your scritiping the better.
Describe textures, colors, flavors, and let those feelings take you from point A to point B.
It truly is all about FEELINGS. And scripting is a powerful practice that helps you to focus and amplify the feelings of your ideal situation and dreams.
By “trying those feelings on” is how the magic of scripting starts to work.
You start vibrating in the same frequency as your dream and that makes you a match for it to manifest in your life.
Pro tip: Make gratitude the star of the show in every scripting session. Gratitude is the fastest way to channel good feelings.
Similar to affirmations, write everything in positive and take out negative words or phrases like “Im NO longer” “I stopped” “ I cannot” “Never,” etc.

You can either start writing as if it was a letter to yourself or like you are telling your best friend. Whatever feels best and the most natural to you is the way to go.

Scripting manifestation examples
One of my current favorite ways to start writing my scripting manifestation journaling is:
“OMG I am so happy and grateful for….”
Because, it automatically makes me feel excited and tuned in with good feelings and all sorts of happy ideas start to flow.
When you step into these emotions, your brain doesn’t know the difference between “reality” and what you’ve written, so it will start believing it’s already happened!
Other examples you can use to start your scripting manifestation practice are:
- Guess what!! It finally happened!! [Insert your desire here and describe all about it]
- This day was sooo PERFECT, because I was able to [goal came true]
- Omg the most amazing thing just happened to me [your dream here]
You can script about meeting your ideal partner, landing your dream job, buying a new car, or things like feeling more confident, inspired, getting better at writing, or speaking a new language.
Whatever you want, DREAM ON.

Can I script by using my phone or is writing more effective?
It's being said that writing by hand offers rich sensory-motor experiences that positively stimulate the brain.
Handwriting can be a form of meditation that forces us to slow down and sharpens the brain.
So it is pretty powerful and worth getting yourself a notebook that captivates you, and makes you feel excited to write on all your dreams and goals. Check out this beauties for example :
On the other hand, if handwriting definitely doesn't feel good and you feel more comfortable and flow more easily by typing, then yes, you can make a script on your phone, computer or in notes app.
Try both methods and check whichever feels the best to you.
It’s not what you write or where you write it that makes scripting work.
It is what and how you feel while doing it that sets everything in motion.
The email technique in scripting manifestation
If you realize that typing feels better than handwriting for you, one fun way to practice the scripting manifestation method is through email.
Create a new email account, something like “firstname.lastname@example.org” or whatever fun name that inspires you.
Then from your personal email account, write your scripting with a TON of grateful feelings and send it to your new account.
When pressing the send button, do it with massive intention.
Gather all those good feelings and excitement (like placing an order from your favorite store), and then click...
Know that it is yours 🙂

What's the best time to use the scripting manifestation method?
The best time is in the morning to set the mood for your day and start in a positive, exciting and joyful way.
Because, how you start your morning determines how your day goes.
In the morning your mind is fresh, and more receptive to whatever you focus on, if you choose that thing to be your desires, and goals over social media for example, you are more likely to see and recognize opportunities along the day that will support you in making your dreams happen.
The second best time for your scripting practice is whenever it will be easier for you to make it a habit.
Lunch time? Before bed? Some people like scripting about the next day the night before. So, choose your ideal “me time” and make the space to enjoy this ritual.
How often should I script manifest?
Daily intentional scripting is a great way to raise your vibration and there’s probably more than enough dreams and desires in your heart to do it every day and make scripting part of your morning routine.
Although, if daily sounds like “too much,” you could also try and do it weekly.
Set a day of the week to light some candles and write on your scripting for the week.
Then every morning during that week take some time to go back and reread your scripting.
Channel all those good feelings and fill your soul with gratitude.
Do I need to keep scripting the same desire until it is fulfilled or can I script different desires daily?
I usually write down whatever I feel inspired or desire the most each day, and then release it.
It is done.
Be mindful of your intention when starting a scripting session.
If you go back to the same desire every day, with the mindset of “is not yet here,” then you are matching the vibration of lack.
So focus more on doing it from a mindset of abundance. Think of all the things the world has to offer and whatever you want, you can ask for it.
There are no limits.
Everyone has equal access to this abundance, so you are never depriving another one by accessing this unlimited supply.
“You can come to the ocean with a teaspoon or a bucket, the ocean doesn’t care! The ocean just wants to outflow!”
If there’s one big dream, each day you can focus on writing about one of the different amazing benefits you enjoy thanks to it becoming true.
For example, if you want a specific car, one day you can script about how good it feels to take a road trip with your friends on it, describe all the cool things you did, the songs you sang out loud with its amazing sound system, the comfort of the seats, etc.
Another day, talk about how you felt when you got the keys for the first time in your hands, the pictures you took posing with your new ride, the people that congratulated you, and so on.
You can also create a “Master List” of desires you want to manifest, and every day go to that list and dedicate your scripting manifestation session to 1 or a few of them.
Remind yourself that everything is available and you can be as successful as you choose to be.
Does scripting really work? The science behind the scripting manifestation method
Scripting is a more tangible form of creative visualization. And as brain scans have shown, your brain doesn't know the difference between a real memory and an imaginary one.
What you imagine to be happening is actually happening as far as your brain is concerned, and that affects your body, your behavior, and therefore your ability to receive.
Most of the time you act based on what you expect to happen not on what you want to happen.
By deliberating, training your brain on seeing these things can happen for you, and reinforcing new beliefs and expectations you are setting yourself up for success in whatever it is that you want to accomplish.

How to know if this is the right technique and you are doing it right?
No manifestation practice matters if it cannot make you feel abundant or help you shift your emotions to a better high vibing place.
If it feels good, it elevates your mood, and you get excited while doing it, then it is working.

Nothing is more important than feeling good, and finding ways everyday to do so.
What happens just before manifestation?
When you start vibrating in the same frequency of your desires, it is pretty common to see what you want happening in other people lifes.
Rejoice, feel happy for them and get excited tell yourself “I'm next!!
If you feel envy or any other negative emotion, be very vigilant about it, acknowledge those feelings and then immediately try to reframe them with a better feeling.
Don't allow any negative emotion to take you for a ride to the “I don't have it” land. We are not going that way.
It may take some practice but you can totally do it.
New ideas can come to you through books, podcasts, or a conversation with a friend.
Is up to you to take on those opportunities and make some moves proving with actions that you are serious about your desires.
Be alert for support, encouragement and always open to receiving help.
If other people have accomplished what you want, so can you.
How do you script your ideal reality in 9 steps:
- Make time for it to happen, the earlier in the morning the better.
- Use pen and paper or type it out if that feels best for you.
- Write it in present tense. (Your dream life starts here!)
- Add as many details as you can.
- Let all those details lit you up with excitement and gratitude.
- Describe how you feel.
- Dedicate 3 to 5 minutes to visualize and feel those feelings you just wrote.
- Pay attention to any inspired ideas that may come to you during the day.
- Take aligned action towards achieving your dreams.
